For nearly 60 years, Awana has been a 
leader in children’s ministry, helping churches and parents worldwide raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ.
The founders of Awana derived the Awana name from the first letters of Approved workmen are not ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15 of the Bible.
There are approximately 100 children and over 36 adult workers involved in the Wednesday evening program . The clubbers met each Wednesday night at 7:00 p.m. with Scripture memory and activities.
What age levels are involved?
Children in pre-school are affectionately know as the Cubbies!
Children in grades kindergarten through the second grade like to be know as the Sparks!
Children in grades three through six are invovled in what is called TNT.
